1 cup rolled oats
1 cup cracker crumb

1 tablespoon chili powder
Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet

Mix all ingredients together (I use my hands) and form into small (quarter sized) balls.

Brown in HOT pan until dark brown.

Put into baking dish and cover with sauce.
