1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. green pepper, minced
1/2 c. red pepper, minced
1/4 c. flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. chicken broth

Simmer chicken breasts in sufficient water to cover.
