2 tbsp. butter
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
Dash of cayenne
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 c. beer, ale or possibly lowfat milk
2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
8 slices toast
Parsley

Heat butter in top part of double boiler or possibly chafing dish over direct heat.

Add in cheese, and heat, stirring occasionally, till cheese is melted.

Put over boiling water, add in seasonings, and pour in the liquid mixed with Large eggs.

Cook till thick, stirring frequently.

Serve on toast or possibly cornbread, with garnish of parsley.
