Weird Lasagna

   1) Put sauce and seasonings in pot.

   Let them simmer while you do everything else.

   2) Pan fry ground turkey (I rinse mine with cold water after cooking, that is totally up to you)

   3) Boil lasagna noodles for about 10 min and stir carefully every now and then.

   A little salt in the water helps to keep from sticking, too.

   4) Put veggies in bowl and microwave on high for about 2 min.

   5) Put a little of the sauce in bottom of a 9X13 pan, put down three noodles, sprinkle part of the meat on this,then sprinkle on some veggies, pour part of the sauce over this, sprinkle cheese over sauce.

   Repeat this until the pan is full and all your noodles are used up.

   On the top layer put remaining sauce and cheese.

    6)Cover with foil and put in oven on 350 degrees for about 30 min.

    Serves 6 to 8 depending on how big you cut it
