Watermelon Cocktail

   Process the watermelon in a blender to juice. If you prefer less pulp, strain the juice through a coffee filter in a strainer. This step is optional.

   Add the vodka and orange liqueur. Stir and taste. Add lime juice, then stir and taste again. If the mixture is too sweet, add more lime juice to taste.

   You should end up with approximately 3 cups or 24 fluid ounces of finished cocktail. Serve over ice, garnished with melon wedges or mint sprigs.
