To make the wassail, pour the apple cider and orange juice into the KitchenAid(R) 4-Quart Multi-Cooker. Add the cinnamon sticks, ginger slices, vanilla bean, whole cloves, and juniper berries to the Multi-Cooker. Set the Multi-Cooker on Simmer.

Allow the mixture to come to a simmer, then turn on the KitchenAid(R) Stir Tower Multi-Cooker Accessory to stir another 10-15 minutes, still on the simmer setting. Turn off the Multi-Cooker and Stir Tower Accessory and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

To prepare the sangria, pour a bottle of Rioja wine into a large pitcher. Add the Cachaca and Triple Sec. Once cool, add the wassail mixture from your Multi-Cooker. Stir well.

Slice the apple, orange, and lemon into rounds. Add the sliced fruit and cherries to the pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
