Warm Brie Jack O' Lantern

   Heat oven to 350.

   Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.

   With a small knife, carefully cut jack o' lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing the white rind and some of the cheese from under the cuts to reveal a face.

   Using a small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon (or more) apricot spreadable fruit into cut outs of face.

   Place Brie on cookie sheet.

   Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and cheese is warm.

   *The white coating, or rind, covering the Brie is edible.

   **You can serve this with crackers, pears, apples, and/or more spreadable fruit.
