Walnut Spice Kisses

   Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside.

   Beat egg whites (at room temperature).

   Add salt at high speed of electric mixer for one minute.

   Gradually add sugar mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time beating until stiff peak forms.

   Fold in walnuts.

   Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

   Bake at 250u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
