Mix sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and walnuts together in a small bowl. Then set aside.

1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

Grease bundt pan with butter.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together baking soda, flour and salt. Set aside.

3. In a mixer. Cream together butter and sugar until mixed well. Add eggs (one at a time.) Add vanilla and sour cream. Add the flour mixture, slowly. Add walnuts.

4. Sprinkle half the streusel mixture on the bottom of the bundt pan. Spread half the batter into the pan and then top with the rest of the streusel. Then spoon the remaining batter on top and spread with a spatula.

5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. (until golden brown)

Test center of the cake with a toothpick making sure the toothpick comes out clean.

Cool before serving.
