Ingredients: 3/4 kg chicken; 1 tbsp salt; 1 tbsp turmeric powder; 2 1/2 tbsp pepper; 2 1/2 any spicy mix masala or coriander powder; 1/2 cup water; 1/2 head cocunut - grated; 2 big onion - chopped; 10 clove mashed garlic; 1 ginger - sliced; 1/2 half a fist of curry leaves; 1/4 cup oil - any kind you like to fry with

3/4 kg chicken
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 1/2 tbsp pepper
2 1/2 any spicy mix masala or coriander powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 head cocunut - grated
2 big onion - chopped
10 clove mashed garlic
1 ginger - sliced
1/2 half a fist of curry leaves
1/4 cup oil - any kind you like to fry with

mix the chicken with salt, turmeric, pepper, spice mix and mix well

add water to this mix and boil till the water is almost dry.

ok while this get on motion, get your sauce pan ready.

mix chopped onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves in sauce pan and stir fry without oil and coconut

half way through add coconut (remember , its grated) and then oil

stir the mixture until brown.
