   For the BBQ Sauce:

   1. Melt Butter in Medium sauce pan. Add the Garlic, Peppers, Red Onion & the Green Onion bottoms then Saute over Medium-Low heat, Stir Often. Until the Vegetables soften (about 5-min).

   2. Add Lemon juice, Black pepper, Cayenne, Dry Mustard, Tabasco & Sugar.

   3. Cook & Stir 5 min. Make sure Sugar doesn't burn.

   4. Add Vinegar, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Liquid Smoke & Honey. Cook & Stir 5 min. Stir Often.

   5. Add Kitchen Bouquet and stir well. Simmer 15 min. Or until sauce thickens up slightly.

   6. Stir in Minced Onion Tops and cook 5 min. more.

   For Dry Rub Mix:

   In a MEDIUM sized bowl, mix all ingredients well with a dry wisp.
