   In a large bowl or pan, mix the pudding with the milk and sugar

   Simmer on the stove or in the microwave until slightly thickened then add the rum and nutmeg.

   You can use instant pudding mix and leave out the heating part

   Chill in the fridge for an hour before pouring into glasses and enjoying with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top!
