Ingredients: 900 grams chicken, cut into strips stir-fry size; 4 tbsp rice vinegar; 4 tbsp Vickys Soy-Free Soy Sauce from my profile; 4 clove garlic, finely chopped; 2 tsp fish sauce; 1 tsp hot sauce; 1 tsp ground ginger; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1 oil for frying; 140 grams rice crumbs or flour

Servings: persons

900 grams chicken, cut into strips stir-fry size
4 tbsp rice vinegar
4 tbsp Vickys Soy-Free Soy Sauce from my profile
4 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 oil for frying
140 grams rice crumbs or flour

Mix together the wet ingredients plus the garlic & ginger to make a marinade

Toss in the chicken strips and coat well.

Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours

Put the rice crumb / flour and pepper in a shallow dish

Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat while you toss the marinated chicken strips in the seasoned flour

Fry off for a few minutes until golden

Serve over noodles, brown rice or some stir-fried vegetables
