Vickys Apple-Mallow Toadstools, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

   Put the cucumber cutside down onto a serving tray

   Cut the apple so the slices look similar to toadstool tops, like you would cut the cheeks off from top to middle, then turn it upsides down and do the same again.

   You should get 8 pieces from each apple

   Skewer right through each marshmallow from the bottom so the toothpick comes through the top enough to fix a piece of cut apple to it

   Pin the toadstools into the cucumber base to hold them

   Great for kids parties!

   You can always use chocolate log cakes in place of cucumber.

   I used mini marshmallows to demonstrate and doubled them up to make longer stalks
