Veronica’S Buttery Beer Bread

   1. Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F.

   2. Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar, and stir it to combine.

   3. Stir in the beer-I started with a wooden spoon but then used my hands to mush it around.

   4. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray. Plop in the dough and push it into as even a shape as you can. It will be sticky-you're forwarned.

   5. Melt the butter. Pour the melted butter all over the bread.

   6. Bake for 1 hour, and remove it from the oven. The bread should pop right out of the loaf pan thanks to the butter. Cool it on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes and dive in!
