Vermicelli Upma – a delicious recipe with oil, curry, Cumin, seeds, green chilly, vermicelli. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

2 tbsp oil
6 head curry leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 medium green chilly
1 vermicelli
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 salt
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice

In a pan heat oil.

Add to it mustard and cumin seeds.

Now add onion and saute til golden brown.

Add green chillies,turmeric,red chilly powder and salt.

To dis add about 1 cup water and let it boil.

Once the mixture is boiling, add vermicelli to it.

Let it cook for abt 2-3 mins with the pan covered.

Its ready to eat.
