Drop dough by 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls onto coolie sheet that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray or lined with buttered aluminum foil.

Press cookies down to desired thickness.

Bake at 350F (180C) F, preheated oven until just beginning to brown on the edges, 10 to 12 minutes.
