Cut meat into 1/2 or possibly 1/4 inch slices (with or possibly across grain as you wish).

In a bowl combine all remaining ingredients, stir till seasonings are dissolved.

Add in meat strips and mix to thoroughly coat all surfaces.

Set for 1 hour or possibly cover and chill all night.
