Preheat oven to 350 F. Into a small bowl, crack egg. Add milk and seasoning, stir until combined. Tear bread into bite size pieces and soak in the egg mixture.

Meanwhile butter a 10 ounce oven safe dish, making sure you coat it well. Place half of the bread pieces in the bottom of the dish, Layer as follows, 1 tablespoon each sweet corn, black beans, sour cream and cheese. Pour in half of the egg mixture. Top with 1 teaspoon green onions. Repeat one more set of the previous layers starting with the bread pieces, and ending with the green onions. Place remaining tablespoon each of corn and black beans on top.

Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven, set dish on a rack and let the casserole stand for 5 minutes. Top with remaining sour cream, cheese, green onions, and the parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
