Vegetarian Chili Cheese Corn Dog Casserole

   Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole with non-stick spray.

   Cut vega links into round slices and place on bottom of casserole.

   Spread with chili.

   Top with crushed chili cheese fritos.

   Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

   Prepare cornbread mix according to pkg.

   Spread over top of cheese.

   Bake at 400 25 minutes until golden brown.

   Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    Serve with dollop of sour cream and salsa on top of each serving.
