Vegetable Sandwich Spread

   Mix cabbage, carrots and cucumber.

   Mix gelatin and mayonnaise in top of double boiler.

   Heat over hot water to dissolve gelatin. Mix with vegetable mixture.

   Store in refrigerator overnight. Spread on sandwiches.

   Place in airtight container.

   Put wax paper between each layer and on top.

   Add moistened paper towel.

   Close container and refrigerate.

   Stores well.

    Mixture may be used for several days.
