Mix all the ingredients the white flour, corn flour, oil, salt and water to make a soft dough. Cover and set aside.

Pour the 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over heat. Add the whole jeera, cauliflower, potato, fried ground nut, and spices and fry well. Cover the pan above low heat, up to 10 minutes.

Form the dough into a ball, flatten, and roll out into a circle. Cut it into two equal pieces. Form each into a cone shape with your finger. Fill the cone with the prepared mixture and press the two dampened edges together to seal the top of the cone.

Fry the samosa in the heated oil till golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
