1 head cauliflower
1 c. lentils
1 carrot, grated
1 medium onion, diced
1 stalk celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. margarine, butter or oil

In medium saucepan, saute onion, carrots and celery in margarine.
