1 pound veal leg round steak, cut 1/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. lemon juice or possibly brandy
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of freshly grnd pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. shallots or possibly green onions, finely sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/3 c. whipping cream
Serve with fried potato cakes or possibly mashed potatoes

Add in veal strips and toss to coat proportionately.
