Loin veal chops
Extra virgin olive oil & butter
1 can mushrooms
Lemon concentrate juice
Black pepper
Garlic pwdr

Flour
1 c. dry white wine (opt.)
1 chicken bouillon cube
Onion pwdr

Brown garlic in oil and butter.

Bread chops in flour on both sides well, sprinkling with above seasonings, as well as lemon juice.

Remove chops from pan and add in 1 c. water, chicken bouillon and mushrooms to drippings.

Place chops in pan and simmer for 1/2 hour.
