Pepper
Salt
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
8 ounce. tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 lbs. veal cubes
1 tbsp. parsley

Coat veal cubes in flour, salt and pepper.

In large skillet brown veal in oil.

Remove veal.

In same skillet saute/fry onion, parsley and mushrooms.

Return veal to skillet, and add in tomato sauce and water.

Add in basil and oregano, and simmer for 30 min covered.
