1/2 cup bread crumbs

⅓ cup sour cream

3 pounds veal breast

2 cups beef stock hot
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Stuffing: To prepare stuffing, dice bacon and onion.

Cook bacon in a frypan until partially cooked; add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
