½ cup M&M'

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl mix the eggs and sugars.

Add peanut butter, buuter, salt, and vanilla and mix well.

Add the baking soda (if using a stand mixer, use mix (slow) setting), then add the oats.

I use an ice cream scoop (depending on the size half full) and place them on a slipmat on a baking sheet about two inches apart.

Leave on the cookie sheet for a couple minutes before rermoving to a rack or they will fall apart.
