   Wash chicken pcs and dry on paper towels.

   Season with garlic & onion salt, pepper and paprika.

   Lightly flour.

   Shake off excess.

   Heat corn oil in large heavy skillet or possibly frying pan to warm, but not smoking.

    Brown pcs 2-3 min per side in batches (pcs should have plenty of room to brown).

    Drain on paper towels.

    Place in shallow baking pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven.

    Bake for 15-20 min.

    Drain grease.

    Turn chicken and continue 15-20 more min.
