Uncle Richards easy x-mas cookie

   Lay out an even amount of crackers, place a small amount of peanut butter on half of the crackers.

   Make into little sandwiches making sure to push down just a bit, try not to squish the peanut butter out of the sides of the cracker.

   In a shallow bowl melt chocolate chips and veg.oil.

   I Do it at 6%power for 1min 30sec and 15-30sec after until melted to a silky smooth.after coated half is hardened, to dip the otherside follow same direction as above if using more than one flavor.

   While chocolate is still warm dip the cracker and coat on all sides or half if your doing a variety of flavors, then place on wax paper.

   Place in the refrigerator to cool.
