1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut chicken breast meat into small pieces and dip into a mixture of the flour, salt, white pepper, marjoram and nutmeg. Then dip into the egg and water. Then dip into the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Fry in olive oil and margarine mixture. You will probably have to make larger quantities of everything. This is a very tasty dish.
