Uncle Brad'S Banana Bread

   - Mix well the bananas, butter, eggs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.

   - Add flour, baking soda, and salt.

   *Optional - Add up to 1 Cup walnuts or small chocolate chips.

   - Grease the bread pan(s) with crisco. (Do not substitute Pam cooking spray or the like.)

   - Spoon into a long bread pan or a medium and a small one.

   *Optional - Sprinkle on top some raw cane sugar to give the bread a sweet crust.

   - Bake at 325 degrees for 45-90 min until an inserted toothpick comes out dry. The smaller (1 lb) pans will cook in about 45 min the larger pans will take longer.
