1 cup peanuts
1 cup oyster crackers

In preheated 250 degree oven melt butter in open roasting pan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic and onion powder, and sugar. Gradually add cereals, pretzels, peanuts, and crackers; stir to coat evenly. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbant paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
