Ultimate Ground Beef Casserole

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion.

   Drain.

   Add spinach and cook until meat is done.

   In bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan and salt and pepper.

   Combine cheese mixture to meat mixture and spoon into greased casserole dish.

   Sprinkle top with crumbled pork rinds. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
