Scoop avocado and combine first six ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix together until smooth. You got Guacamole.

Next heat oil in pan, add red pepper flakes and garlic at high heat. When the pepper starts to really kick in its smell, throw the fish and pine nuts in, add 3/4 cup water to the pan immediatly and let it cook at full heat for 4 minutes. Turn fish over, ad 1/2 cup more water and cook 2 more minutes over full heat.

Dice red onion, Tomato, and Lettuce, and place in individual bowls. When fish is cooked turn off heat remove fish, add 2 strips of bacon to the hot juice and let it cook in the flavorful water still in pan. Shred the fish meat, add diced bacon, add black pepper to taste.

Combine meat, juices, guac, tomato, onion, beans and lettuce in a flour tortilla, and enjoy.
