Add all of the ingredients to a bowl (no need to drain the yogurt, but melt the butter first), then mix with an egg beater until smooth.

Add half of the batter to a microwave safe container, and drop it several times to flatten.

Let the surface dry a bit and microwave for about 40 seconds to harden.
