preheat oven to 350F

bake potatoes in oven for 60 minutes.

I generally wash/scrub my potatoes skins with warm water then dust with garlic salt season salt before cooking.

mix heavy whipping cream, beef broth, butter, milk and seasonings to large pot.

cover and heat on medium-low.

stir frequently.

once soup is heated and potatoes are done.

chop potatoes into cubes and throw into pot.

continue to cook until potatoes break down and starch in potatoes begins to thicken the soup.

Remove from heat

slice green onions into small slices.

cook bacon and break apart into small pieces.

top with graded mild cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sliced green onions
