Tuscan Grilled Chicken Under a Brick

   Squeeze juice from 1 lemon half into small bowl.

   Add dressing, garlic and rosemary; mix well.

   Pour over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat chicken.

   Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.

   Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.

   Wrap each of 2 bricks in double layer of heavy-duty foil.

   Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

   Place chicken, skin sides down, on barbecue grate; top with prepared bricks.

   Grill 14 to 16 min.

    on each side or until chicken is done (170 degrees F), carefully replacing bricks after chicken is turned.

    Cut remaining lemon half into 4 wedges; serve with chicken.
