Turkish "Lady'S Tight" Meatballs

   Heat a medium pan over medium heat and add the onions and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes until they start to soften. Add half of the ground beef and cook until the moisture is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.

   In a large bowl, bring remaining beef, rice, parsley, spices, one egg and cooked beef together. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into balls.

   Heat 2 cups olive oil in a frying pan.

   Place the flour in a bowl. Beat 3 eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the meatballs in flour and then the beaten eggs. Coating each piece completely. when the oil is hot, add meatballs and fry until golden brown, for about 3 minutes. Train the cooked meatbals on a paper towels. Serve hot.
