   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Cook macaroni according to package directions.

   Heat oil in skillet.

   Saute onion, pepper and garlic over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes.

   Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes.

   Spray a 3-quart casserole with vegetable oil spray; drain macaroni and combine with cheese packet, sauteed vegetables, turkey and milk.

   Pour into casserole dish; cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes.

   Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

   Cover until cheese melts.
