2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
3 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 pkg. spaghetti, cooked

Saute onion in margarine until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook slightly; stir in flour. Add broth and milk and bring to a gradual boil, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and pimento; blend together.

Alternate layers of spaghetti and turkey, ending with layer of spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
