1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 whole Eggs
1/2 cups Milk
1/2 teaspoons Basil, Dried
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Drained
2 pounds Ground Turkey
1- 1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/2 cups Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Butter

Preheat oven to 350.

Butter a large baking pan.

Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft.

Whisk eggs with milk, basil, salt and pepper.

Add spinach, onion, turkey, bread crumbs and lemon juice to egg mixture.

Mix well.

Turn the mixture out into a pan and form into 9x5 loaf.

Brush with ketchup and bake for 30 min.

Melt butter and baste loaf with butter and continue to bake, basting occasionally until well browned, another 30-35 minutes.
