   In large skillet, over low heat, cook bacon till crisp.

   Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

   Add in vegetables and seasonings to pan drippings.

   Cook over medium heat, 5 min, tossing frequently.

   Add in turkey slices and water.

   Cover and cook on medium-low heat, 15 to 20 min or possibly till potatoes are tender, tossing occasionally.

   Crumble bacon, sprinkle on top.
