1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. tomato sauce
2 slices crumbled diet bread
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
9 oz. box thawed chopped broccoli
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Combine all except broccoli and cheese (save part of tomato sauce for top).

On sheet of foil, pat meat mixture to 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

Sprinkle broccoli and cheese over meat and roll up. Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour, wrapped in foil.

Open and top with sauce.
