Turkey Reuben Sandwich

   Toast the rye bread.

   Place turkey slices on top of one slice of bread and place the sauerkraut on top of the turkey.

   Place the swiss cheese on top of the turkey and microwave for 15-20 seconds to melt the cheese a little.

   Spread the thousand island dressing on top of the 2nd bread slice, and place that bread slice, dressing down, on top of the sandwich and enjoy.
