1 bread roll
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce

1 lb. ground turkey
1 turkey sausage, casing removed
Ketchup
Brown sugar
Vermouth

Chop onion and garlic in food processor.

Heat oil 1 min.

Add onion and garlic and cook 4 min.

Add roll to food processor and convert to bread crumbs.

Mix crumbs, milk, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, cayenne, oregano, sage, basil, turkey, and sausage in large bowl, and then mix in onion and garlic.

Mound in pan.

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vermouth, and then pour over loaf.

Cook at 400 degrees for 50 mins.
