Size) Marinara Sauce Of Your Choice

5 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
1- 1/2 pound Ground Turkey
5 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
1 whole Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
1/2 bulbs Roasted Garlic Crushed Into Paste
1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoons Ground Pepper
1/2 cups Pecorino Or Parmesan Cheese
1 jar (24 Oz. Size) Marinara Sauce Of Your Choice

Saute onion in a little olive oil, about 1 tablespoon.

In a large bowl add the remaining ingredients (except the marinara sauce and remaining olive oil) and mix well.

Gently mix, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Shape into golfball-size balls.

I use an ice cream scoop so they are even in size.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the remaining 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) oil over medium heat.

Add meatballs and, without moving or turning the meat, allow it to brown for about 3 minutes.

Turn meatballs and brown other side.

Add marinara sauce, cover and cook on low for about 20 minutes.
