3 slices bread
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1 medium onion
5 sprigs parsley
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 egg
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano

Grease shallow baking pan or loaf pan.

Directions for Cuisinart:

Chop onion and parsley 30 seconds.

Add bread, tarragon, chicken broth, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and egg.

Pulse 60 seconds.

Bake in 375u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over meat, add oregano and bake 20 minutes more.
