   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Spray a loaf pan with olive oil Pam. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.

   Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.

   Bake for 1 hour.

   (Onion soup mix may be used instead of tomato soup mix but increase the ketchup to 1 1/2 cups.)
