Turkey Dressing

   On low fire, put Crisco in skillet.

   Add raisins and chopped onion.

   Mix well (watch so it doesn't burn).

   Raisins must swell up.

   Break bread, put in a large bowl.

   Add water to wet it; mix. Drain bread in strainer.

   Add chopped celery to bread.

   Mix.

   Add egg.

    Mix.

    Add raisin mix, salt and pepper.

    Stuff turkey.

    If dressing is leftover, put in greased casserole bowl.

    Cover.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350u00b0.
